Session registration & cancellation policy:

Registration - sign-up as far in advance as you like for sessions you fully intend to join, but please be considerate of your fellow riders and don't register if you're not committed to attending. 

No guest booking - reserve only your spot for a session.  We recognize and encourage that you may wish to invite friends to ride; please ask them to create a login ID and register themselves.

Cancellation - we understand that occasionally you may have to cancel a session for which you’ve registered.  Use the Cancel Registration link at the session page to remove your reservation.  If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of a session, there is no penalty.  If you cancel within 48 hours, and your spot is unfilled for the session, you may be charged the current one-ride fee or one punch on your multiride card.

Sessions - Session times can be found on our Sessions listing page.  Please use the email link there to make suggestions or requests relating to our sessions.  We're interested in offering the kind of rides and workouts you want to do.

Session prices:
  $18.00/ session
  $16.00/ session with a five-ride card ($80)*
  $14.00/session with a ten-ride card ($140)*
  $11.76/session with a 17-ride card ($200)*

*Unused rides will carry over to the following season.  If they're still unused at the end of the second season, they expire.  We do not offer refunds for unused rides. Brattleboro Cycling Center LLC reserves the right to schedule, add and delete sessions as it sees fit, so be sure to ride and use up your card before the end of the indoor season.

Privacy policy:
Brattleboro Cycling Center, LLC will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.  Your personal contact information is used only for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and providing services relating to your business with us.  We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data from our system.  You may request to be removed from our mailing or website system at anytime by submitting a message at our Contact page.
