This week we're riding a road course, where you ride at your own pace, shift gears to climb or descend, push yourself hard if you want to, or spin at a comfortable pace if that's your pleasure. Ride a paceline with a couple of friends, or enjoy a little friendly but spirited competition getting to the top of a climb first. Always fun, good music (bring a CD or an ipod!) and a great way to start transitioning from intervals indoors to more outdoor-like efforts.
